The Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL) program helps youth grow in leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, and other life skills.

Southland PAL begins Friday, Nov. 5th and will continue every Friday night from 5:30-8:30 at South Patrol 9701 Marion Park Drive KCMO 64137. All kids 8-13 years of age are welcome! They will be in the gym in a secured facility. Your child will be with police officers and licensed life skill coaches. They will have dinner, physical and not so physical activities and have life skill sessions with the kids. No RSVP required but they do ask that kids register as a PAL kid at https://www.kcpal.org/.

Register for PAL

Stop by PAL anytime during open hours to register your student. Registration is $10. Registration can be completed Monday through Friday, from 1–7 p.m. Contact us if you have questions.

PAL is rooted in the belief that all youth deserve the opportunity to expand their horizons and realize their full potential. From mountain biking to playing on the PAL baseball field, we offer a wide range of activities that build the kids’ confidence and motivation while offering positive role models and mentorship with Kansas City police officers.

PAL is open to youth ages 8 to 18 who are enrolled in school. We strive for all of our PAL participants to maintain a 2.0 GPA and help will be provided for anyone not meeting this standard.

Meals are served daily: Monday through Thursday at 4 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Friday.

The positive relationships formed between police officers and the community will carry far past the walls of the PAL centers.
