Conveniently located in South Kansas City near I-435, Bannister Road and Troost, in the South KC Chamber offices, the Harry S. Truman Meeting Room provides modern technology, flexible seating configurations, and a professional environment designed to support collaboration and productivity.  Free, surface level parking makes access easy and convenient.  

Chamber Member Rate
$50/hour (minimum two hours) or $300/day (up to 8 hours)

Non Member Rate
$75/hour minimum two hours or $400/day (up to 8 hours)

Choose from the Harry S. Truman Training Room for larger meetings or the Blue River Conference Room for smaller meetings. Or, choose to use both spaces. In the notes, please share the times you would like both spaces.
If choosing both spaces, please let us know how many people you expect to host in the Harry S. Truman Meeting Room (the larger room).
Harry S. Truman Meeting Room Layout
The room capacity is 68 classroom style and 80 theater style. Other configurations are available. All tables and chairs are on wheels. There are additional tables for catering and a beverage station.

Presentation Details (please check all that apply)
The audio+visual technology supports both in person and virtual presenters and attendees. A Teams or Zoom account should be used if virtual presenters and/or attendees will participate. Please set up your teams or zoom meeting and email the detatils to us when you receive your reservation confirmation email.
Please let us know if you plan to cater a meal or meals.
The space offers a kitchenette, however onsite cooking is not available. There are two 12 cup coffee makers along with two carafes available for use. Please provide coffee, cups, napkins, creamers, sugars and stirs. You are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages. We have a number of South KC Chamber member restaurants and caterers familar with the space and available to cater your event. Please let us know if you would like a list of recommended South KC Chamber Member Caterers.
