South KC Block Party Committee
Purpose of this Committee
The Block Party Committee plans and executes all aspects of a successful community event in the fall each year.
Requirements to Participate
In order to be on this committee, your company must be a South KC Chamber member in good standing. All employees at the member company can participate.
Committee Responsibilities
- Attend meetings and give input on all aspects of the event.
- Help to obtain sponsorships and in-kind donations to enhance attendees’ experience.
- Help promote and publicize the event to Chamber members and the community.
- Evaluate the program, its revenues, and resources for future event planning.
