Many groups bring breakfast, lunch, or snacks to keep attendees energized throughout the day.

Both spaces have access to a kitchenette which includes two, 12 cup coffee makers and two carafes for your provided coffee station.  Bring in your own food, caterer or choose from one of our wonderful South KC Chamber member caterers or restaurants.

Meeting Space Audio + Visual Equipment

Alongside the cutting edge video equipment comes professional quality sound equipment to allow your presenters to work with a wide range of technology tools. Handheld and Desk mics allow for all participants to hear what you and your speakers have to say. The training room includes state of the art omnidirectional microphones in the ceiling to ensure all remote participants can hear those who are in attendance live.

Harry S. Truman Meeting Room Layout
The room capacity is 68 classroom style and 80 theater style. Other configurations are available. All tables and chairs are on wheels. There are additional tables for catering and a beverage station.

Presentation Details (please check all that apply)
The audio+visual technology supports both in person and virtual presenters and attendees. A Teams or Zoom account should be used if virtual presenters and/or attendees will participate. Please set up your teams or zoom meeting and email the detatils to us when you receive your reservation confirmation email.
Please let us know if you plan to cater a meal or meals.
The space offers a kitchenette, however onsite cooking is not available. There are two 12 cup coffee makers along with two carafes available for use. Please provide coffee, cups, napkins, creamers, sugars and stirs. You are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages. We have a number of South KC Chamber member restaurants and caterers familar with the space and available to cater your event. Please let us know if you would like a list of recommended South KC Chamber Member Caterers.
