Around 35-years-ago He discovered that the weather pattern is cycling and predictable. His long-range forecasting method is called the Lezak Recurring Cycle (LCR) theory. This theory resets every autumn\, as the jet stream becomes energized\, a unique weather pattern sets up and begins to cycle.
