Event Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required for all events. If an attendee with a reservation does not come to the event and did not cancel the reservation at least 48 hours prior to the event, the attendee will be billed the amount of the event plus a $2.00 invoicing fee. The attendee may send someone to fill their reservation if they cannot attend.
Invoicing Fee Policy
The South Kansas City Chamber of Commerce will add a $2 invoicing fee to invoices following any event where the attendee asks to be billed or does not cancel their reservation a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. This fee will help cover the costs of staff time and supplies needed to create and send out the invoice.
This policy does not pertain to invoices for sponsorships or contributions being made to the organization.
